As of 6/15/09 the Luau is still open on a space available basis. If you register at this time and it is full, your money will be refunded.

Reservations

The conference will be held at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort & Spa in Honolulu, Hawaii.

The conference block of rooms is no longer available. For Reservations Call 1-808-949-4321 and use group name "Travel and Tourism Research Association" or book online for your convenience (The Group/Convention Code, which you need to insert when reserving your room online is "AWC").

Additional Details

Attendees are required to wear their badges for admission to all official TTRA functions. Spouses and guests of registered delegates must be officially registered in order to attend conference social functions. Nametags or tickets are required at all times. Individual event tickets will be available at Registration. Contact TTRA Headquarters for individual event prices.

Cancellation Policy

Registrants may request a refund less $50.00 processing fee in writing until May 1, 2009. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AFTER MAY 1,2009.
